We help explore the context, bring different perspectives together, make sense of the evidence and work out what really matters. Sometimes that means consumer insights or VoC synthesis, sometimes a technology landscape, sometimes a sense-making session with the team. The aim is the same: to leave behind a shared understanding from which better decisions can be made.

He has built and led innovation and design capabilities, worked with multidisciplinary teams across different industries and countries, and advised leadership teams on difficult challenges, new opportunities and how to turn ideas into something that actually works.
Cris combines his work as a transformation and innovation executive in large organisations with his work as a facilitator and advisor to leadership teams and senior executives, now through WeNova.
